Hello. I've arrived at Costa Brava today. I started day at 2am. Quick flight, then taxi to the hotel. We had to walk around for two hours. I wore my comfy leggins, sandals and a tshirt. My ankles are swollen. I drink alot of water but im worried about the swelling. I feel fine, just tired. How to prezent or at least minimize swelling or is it dangerous? I'm 19 weeks tomorrow.

Some swelling can be normal, particularly if you’ve done a lot of walking about. As long as you feel fine otherwise, that’s a good sign. Put your feet up when you can to help the water drain away.

Keep your feet moving. When we went on holiday the midwife said to keep feet moving on the flight (ankle rolls, up down left right etc)
