Please tell when to start exercise to reduce belly fat and c-section pouch?
And what type of exercise? Any suggestions
All suggestions are welcome but specially the mommies who had c-sections.

When will depend on you and your recovery. Start slow with strength building exercises, particularly for your stomach where your abs have stretched.
Look up abdominal diastesis, you can self check to see if you have a gap. Then look at postpartum core exercises and make sure you include 360/deep breathing. Also work on your pelvic floor.
Once your happy enough with your core and pelvic floor you can build up the impact you put on to it. I did low intensity exercise first with Pilates, swimming etc and have only just started trying to run with couch to 5k

I had an emergency c section 13 weeks ago and I was up and walking on the second day, so I increased my walking distance to start. I started deep breathing and pelvic floor exercises on week 2. I was back in the gym on week 6 after clearance from my doctor, although the only advice I was given was to avoid heavy weight and low reps, so I was doing low weight high reps up until recently.
I'm a certified weight loss coach, so a friendly reminder that you can't spot reduce fat. So keep track of calories and increase any movement that you enjoy ☺️
