Just lost mucus plug??

So I’m 39+1 and have my c section on Monday but I’ve just lost my mucus plug? Slightly panicking in case I go into labour before hand?? Anyone else lost there plug few days before section???

I lost mine at about 38 weeks & was induced at 40 made it to 40 weeks xx

If theres no blood in it then it really doesn’t matter, it’s not a sign of labour x

Losing your plug doesn't always mean labour. I lost mine a few days ago at 34+4 x

@Sophie Babies make their own plans. I wanted my first to hold on for a few more days cause her Dad was in Lanzarote. He went out on the 15th, I went into labour on the 18th, he came home on the 20th and I wasn't due till the 22nd. Xx

oh bless you, yeah unfortunately they do, she’s obviously almost ready to evict the premises🤣 I’m just gonna lay in bed this weekend and rest as much as possible, hopefully make it until Monday, I’m in very early Monday morning I have to be there for 7.30am so hopefully we make it🤣 xx

I had a planned c section for the Tuesday and went into labour Sunday night c section Monday morning 😂 he decided to come in his own terms but we still had a the c section and all went well 😊

Don’t panic too much! I lost my mucus plug 39+5 ended up being induced 41+3. Just keep an eye out for any super strong pains/waters. You should be okay though ❤️🤞🏼xx

Don't worry about it, they come out and grow back so often the midwives literally don't care about it 😅

Ive been losing my mucus plug since Wednesday, 2cm dilated with no other signs of labor, c-section is scheduled for Friday. Hopefully our babies stay in until our c-section dates

I sure hope so!! I’m pretty sure it was all of my plug that come away all at once it was a hugeee, no blood or anything in it tho so I’m hoping it just decided to come away with nothing else in progress!🤣 xx

normal or infected?

5 weeks post c section , i went at the beginning of the week as my wound had opened completely different area to what’s leaking. was told it didn’t look infected. anyone know if this is normal coming off it, it’s only a little amount at a time

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

I am so done with pregnancy !

Everything i do hurt . I sit down / i stand up / i walk / i lie down. I am in pain ! I am tired ! His mouvement hurt down there like electricity chock ! My back is on fire ! If i walk more then 5 minutes i feel like i am going to die ( low ferritine) the acid reflux is crazy . I mean i can’t and don’t wanna do this no more . Only 31 weeks !

Almost 37 weeks + told to do another growth scan

I just had my second to last doctor’s appointment this morning, and my OB told me she wants me to do another growth scan because my belly is measuring small. She says it’s probably just because I’m a smaller woman, but they like to be safe. It’s hard to hear though, since I just did one a couple months ago.

I did this with my firstborn around this time of pregnancy, so I do think I just carry smaller (even though I don’t feel like I look “small” at all). My first baby was 6lbs 15oz when she was born at 41 weeks + 2 days. I’m having this baby at 39 weeks on April 7. I hope she’s still at least 6lbs.

Anyone have any stories similar to this?
