Pregnancy after csection?

Hi mumma I was just wondering if anyone got pregnant 2-4 months after having a C-section?
I’m on the pill (have been for 4ish months) I’m 5 months pp however at 12 weeks pp I started bleeding pretty on and of for 6 weeks (I had 2 normal periods before this) but that suddenly stopped and I now haven’t bled in 5 weeks.
I’m wondering if that on and if bleeding was irritation from implantation so soon after my C-section? Or do I just put it down to the pill.
I wouldn’t worry it’s just the past few days I’ve not being feeling myself then as of last night I suddenly had sickness and chills (like I was at start of my last pregnancy) it is possible that I could be pregnant with how sex fell around these bleeds ?
I can’t afford a test unfortunately and it’s so hard to find time to go to the doctors at the minute with a teething grumpy baby.

Attached is a chart of the 6 weeks on and of bleeding to show what I mean by on n off

I’m pregnant with my second baby. I had my son coming up 10 months ago. I’m now 21 weeks. There will be 14 months between my 2 boys xx

how are you feeling with being pregnant so soon after your C-section? Are there any medical concerns with your body?

I want to get pregnant again. I had a baby by emergency C-section 6 months ago, I’m worried that my uterus won’t be strong enough?

I also want to attempt a vbac. Are you planning for another C-section?

At first I was so shocked and scared. However in myself I have been fine. No pains nothing.
There is a concern that my uterus csn rupture the bigger I get, however I’m under consultant care from 22 weeks.
I would like a vbac however I’m more scared of uterine rupture during vbac. So I’m gojng for an elective c section.
Your uterus is stronger then you think. I have had no pains at all.

How far apart do you want your kids to be?

I don't know where you're based but if you're in the UK you can get tests for £1 in tesco and for free at the doctors but you might need to wait a little

I’ve always wanted them close! My first and my second are 13 months apart and I’ve loved it thus far. I would love to have a third soon, making the second and third around 16-18mo apart.

It’s good to know that you haven’t had any pain! I’m wishing you all the good vibes and best health for you and your baby 🩵🩷

I am uk based however our local Tesco doesn’t sell the £1 tests they only sell clear blue and when I spoke to the doctors they told me they don’t just do pregnancy tests unless I get a positive at home first and if I want a free test I have to go to a sexual health centre which is miles away! Crazy how different areas can be (all the supermarkets in this town only sell high priced branded items, to get cheaper thing you have to have home delivery)

I got pregnant 8 weeks after my first C-Section, not intentionally, I didn’t know until I was 14 weeks pregnant.
My scar was uncomfortable at times towards the end but nothing awful. My babies are 11 months apart and my new scar has healed really well.

this is a huge relief and as I’m 8 weeks pp after my section and I’m slightly worried I could be pregnant again..!

Day out after c section

Hey,
I had an emergency c section 1 week ago I obviously don't want a day out right now but I have things booked for the Easter holidays so in 2 weeks. I was just wondering if I will be overdoing it if I have a day out then or will I be ok? I would still take it as easy as I could. When did everyone feel good enough to go out?

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!
