I did it throughout my first pregnancy. I used to do lagree a lot when I lived in Chicago. It’s great to do while pregnant, but most definitely tell your instructor you’re pregnant. Definitely no crunches.they will come up with modifications for you. Just be warned, as you go further in pregnancy, your balance will be horrible. You may need a stability pole during class, and that’s absolutely ok. Just have fun and and don’t overdo it. If something feels off, just stop, raise your hand, and ask for a modification or different exercise (I used to be a group fitness instructor) as you get further along in pregnancy, you’ll learn what does and doesn’t work for you.
