Antenatal classes, NCT vs bump & baby/ others

We are at the point now where we need to book antenatal classes and Warrington Hospital don’t offer any. The two main ones seem to be bump & baby or NCT, think I’m leaning towards NCT but wanted to know if anyone had experience of either or other antenatal classes and what they thought of them! Thanks!

Really embarrassing!
I'm a first time mummy at 35, she's 16 month and everytime I sneeze or cough I lose control of my bladder and pee a little 😔, I've had countless utis since having her aswell! Will it get better? Or do I need to invest in panty liners? 😆

Has anyone else not left their baby to be looked after by someone else (not dad) yet? I still don't feel ready but am being told I should be by now

Random but when you use a vibrator do you need to hold your lips open for it to touch the bean ?

It gets annoying because even if I open my legs I still need to hold the lips open to touch the bean and I have to do it the entire time my lips are literally sealed closed 🤣
