Anyone else's baby transverse? In 26 weeks and every scan iv had its head is in behind my left pelvic bone and the spine across my belly and feet etc at right hand side of belly. I'm just wondering does anyone know if they are also like this? What happens if baby dosent have room to turn to be head down etc? As mine has been like this since the 12 week scan.

My baby has been the exact same! Consultant said at the 20 week appointment not to worry too much as there’s still a lot of space for him to turn. Still doesn’t stop me worrying he won’t turn. Hope your baby turns!!

My eldest was transverse until about 32 weeks then he just turned on his own. There are lots of exercises you can try to turn them such as going onto all fours and moving your hips clockwise. Most babies do just then though. Xx

Like Shelley, my first baby was transverse until 32 weeks. He was born 3 weeks later, head down.
They do still have a lot of room to turn around so it’s nothing to worry about at the moment.

I’m 28 weeks with twins. At my 24 week scan they were both transverse and now at my 28 week scan they’re both head down. So im sure your baby still has room to turn around. Good luck hun x

I have consultant in a week's time for another scan, hoping baby has turned.. I don't like the thought of them 'turning baby' as that sounds sore...

what did he weigh at 35 weeks?

6lb 13oz- GD though!
