My baby (4 months) hasn’t pee’d in 10 and a half hours, she has been asleep from 10pm last night and just woke up and her nappy is completely dry, she has never done this before and has been a little bit more whingey / not completely herself for the past couple of days - but has been having her milk with no problems (she is bottle fed)
What should I do?! I’m really worried incase she is dehydrated, anyone else had this? (Pic so my post doesn’t get lost)

It happened to my baby aswell, I have asked my health visitor about it, and she said that as long as the baby has between 5-6 wet nappies, a day, it shouldn't be a problem. But I got worried this morning as he went for 11 hours not having a wet nappy. But once he woke up, he passed urine. Try putting a wet wipe on his tummy and see if it does the trick.

My baby used to do this all the time. As long as they pee during the day it's fine. Sometimes they just don't need it

Take her to get checked out, my baby was weeing but alot less and was taking her milk but not all of it and was just generally groggy but still happy if that makes sense. Turns out she had a water infection and needed antibiotics through a drip so we had to stay in hospital, does she have a slight temp or anything?

I have found now that my baby's Nappy isn't as full of a morning and she sleeps 12hrs used to be bursting but after her morning feed she wees alot, my partner thinks she's becoming aware of wet Nappies through the night and might be holding it. I don't think they are capable of that yet but it could be to do with her being asleep, has she peed much since she's been awake?

Have you tried using a wipe on their nappy line? Sometimes that helps them pee.

I had this when my daughter was born she wouldn’t wee they put cotton balls down there to see if she was in case it wasn’t showing up on the nappy . Finally she eventually did wee as normal . Get her checked see what they say put ur mind at rest

I’d ring your GP or 111 better to get them checked could be a urine infection could be nothing but better to be safe than sorry. Does he have a temp?
