Hi there!
How are you guys managing your swollen limbs?
I go to sleep and wake up with swollen feet and hands. Yesterday I wore compression socks all day and this morning my feet look a bit better but still puff, it says here it will take some time to reduce the swelling but I should wear the socks every days. I’m also putting them in cold water sometimes (it helped a lot with this heat wave).
I just don’t know what to do with my hands, they are puffy and hurt when I make a fist.
What are you guys doing? Can I put compression socks on my hands? XD
A photo of some cute compression socks I found on Amazon

For swollen hands wet a rag and wring it out
The motion of wringing something reduces swelling

squeezing hurts ☹️ I can try it though. The only time I feel relief is when washing my hands with cold water 🥲

yeah it does hurt but after a while it feels good u have to push past the initial pain
My hands get really big and stiff to where I can’t even bend my fingers and the wringing really helps
You should do it with warm water though to increase circulation

Imma go to the kitchen and do this right now 😆 thanks 💕🪷

you’re welcome ! Feel better ❤️🩹
Also try holding ice cubes I do that too it feels good 🤣

My mom says to prop your feet up and help some of that fluid drain back up out of your legs.

Same my hands and feet are swollen

I’m at 34 weeks. I have definitely felt the swollen hands but not the feet. I stretch 3-5 times a weeks of full body stretching and work out on the elliptical between 230mins -340 mins a weeks. I believe it really helps the blood and fluids to keep moving in the right direction

There’s a pool at my gym and it has helped my swelling a lot to just go hang out in the pool for like 30 minutes. I also wear compression socks sometimes too.

I’m 32+4 my ankles are so swollen my feet are swollen. I’ve been told to drink lots of water and to prop feet up. Lol they are so bad. First time in my life I have Kankles

I soaked with epsom salts in the bath . I also keep my feet up as much as I can(best thing is always keeping your feet at head level it’ll help reduce the pressure)
