Early misscarage or just a clot?

Since you have been getting all negative, I would say it’s just your period.

Sorry you are going thru this. Prob a weird period since you never had any positive pregnancy tests. 14 day late would have definitely shown positive

Is there any such thing as 1-2weeks pregnant and can miscarry? Wouldn’t of shown positive?

No. You weren’t pregnant. Your tests were negative. Your 14 days late and your period is a bit weird because of that fact.
1-2 weeks pregnant is between your period and ovulation so you aren’t actually pregnant at that point.

Weeks pregnant is from your last period. So weeks 1 and 2 you aren’t actually pregnant. When you are 1 day late (if pregnant) you are 4 weeks and 1 day pregnant. 14 days late (if pregnant) then you are 6 weeks along.
With no positive tests probably a weird period, but yes you can miscarry at 6 weeks. If someone miscarries then they could miscarry an embryo that stopped growing earlier (technically a “missed miscarriage”) and possibly would not see it (too small) or if it just stopped growing around 6 weeks there would be a gestational sac that would pass and be… idk at the most golf ball sized at 6 weeks.
