Sore nipples

Anyone else have sore nipples 6 months PP? I EBF and wonder if maybe my LO is chomping down while feeding due to teething… hopefully this pain passed because LO doesn’t take a bottle 🥲

Yes I’m dealing with the exact same thing, right now, my baby is also 6 months, she has 2 Teeth and 2 more coming in! But sometimes after feeding my Nipples are very sore, she doesn’t have thrush or any ties so I’m not sure, I’m gonna ask my paediatrician and my daughters appointment

He used to have a bad latch but we fixed it! So I really just think it’s him using my nips as a teether. Plus he’s been unlatching and sucking at the same time so it HURTS. I have been using this calendula oil and a prescription for my nips when he had a tongue tie - hopefully they help and my LO stops chewing on my nips lol

Yes 😩 5.5mo and she’s popping on and off a lot and also clamping down. No teeth yet but def feeling sore

I haven’t experienced nipple pain since he was like 2 months old 🥲 i have been using my calendula flower salve (that’s an ingredient in the motherlove nipple butter!) I need to be more consistent with it, just hard during all those right feedings. I do have the earthmama nipple butter also! Maybe I’ll start using that again

it’s the worst!!! He doesn’t have teeth yet either - I’m terrified when he gets teeth if I’m already in so much pain from him chomping down and popping on/off a million times

My LO doesn't take a bottle either, but I really hope he will soon 😭 Two weeks ago his first tooth popped through and today we got tooth #5. My poor little man is chomping on any and everything. My nipples have been through the ringer these past two weeks 😅 I've been using lots of Lanolin cream.

Sleeping bag

8 week old in sleeping bag for first time as big enough! Do you feed your child in the night whilst in the sleeping bag or taken them out, feed then transfer back to sleeping bag before putting down?

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

My little one is struggling with sleep

Hey! I'm in need of some advice please girls! My little boy is 20 months turns 21 months in 2 half weeks. He use to sleep through the night now he is waking up every single night in the early morning, I've had to transition him to a toodler bed as he kept climbing out his cot. Just need some advice on what I can do to help him get back in to a sleep pattern?

Am I wrong?

I’ve been wanting to add more garden beds to my garden. Husband says “hey do you want to go to Home Depot to get that wood for the garden beds.” Cool I’m excited I’ve been wanting to get this done for awhile.

We get there and we’re picking out wood and I make 2 comments about how I don’t like how 2 pieces of wood look that he picked out. And he says if you’re going to be this picky then u can do this yourself.

I literally made 2 comments and mind you I’m the one paying for the wood.

I felt dismissed and like my opinion didn’t matter and if I wanted to have an opinion then I need to do it myself. Like what?

It was rude and not okay. Am I wrong? Am I overreacting?

He thinks it was fine that he said that.

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
