Head low

I had to us a growth scan last week (I’m now currently 33 weeks) and baby is head down! my last came at 40+5 days, I’m hoping this one won’t take as long 😮‍💨😅

Mucus plugs can be lost and regrow. Unless it’s accompanied by a bloody show or your waters breaking I would guess yours will regrow too. Head down by this stage is normal. You baby may yet flip to breech, and then back down to head down yet before they become engaged. There’s still quite a lot of room in there for them to move about. You could always message your midwife if you are worried or call triage :)

Yes I’m 30 weeks and my baby is head down. Honestly sometimes it’s so uncomfortable feel like her head is just pressing into my groin area especially if I’m sitting down
