Sleep regression at one?

My lb use to sleep 8-7 but now does the same as your little one tho luckily not as early of starts (usually wakes around 6 am and now goes sleeps around 9 or 10 ish with plenty of waking in the night)

We are hoping it will pass soon (it’s been about a month since his birthday)

My lg is exactly the same, just turned 13 months yesterday and her sleep hasn’t been the same, she struggles so much to get to sleep now whereas before would be able to go in her cot awake and put herself to sleep, wakes up numerous times now too throughout the night and didnt used to🥱

Same here my LB just 13 months and Wednesday night slept perfect but since Thursday we’ve had complete nap refusal and screaming if put in the cot and goes to bed okay but wakes in the night inconsolable, last night was torture!
