Night time feed

How old is he? How much does he feed during the day?

Mine sleeps 5-6 hour stretched then wake and sometimes only feeds for 5-10 minutes and will sleep again for another 2-3 hours, but I feed him every 2-3 hours all day long

But sometimes when he wakes he will eat for 20 minutes then sleep for 2-3 more hours

My 8 week old goes to bed between 8-9 then usually wakes up between 12-2 then 5-7. She eats between 4oz to 6oz depending on how long she slept. She’s on a 4oz bottle about every 3 hours during the day. She definitely sleeps better full. Maybe try changing his diaper after he starts to doze off? That’s what i had to do for my girl in the beginning it woke her up again to finish eating.

My baby girl can stretch to 3-4hrs for a feeding at night, but sometimes she goes back to 2-3hrs...I wish she can on the long hours track, after each feeding I need to pump as well, so feel like no much sleep

Lol I was barely able to get my kid to eat an ounce right now. I know he'll wake up sooner bc he didn't get full but I had to fight him just to finish the ounce. ):

Swaddling made a huge difference for us. I was in a similar situation with my 7 week old. Waking him up by tickling his feet or rubbing his ears a bit helped him stay awake at the breast and feed for longer periods, burping between breasts and then swaddling once he was fed made a big difference for us. He is sleeping longer periods now at night, oftentimes 4 sometimes 6 hours at a time. With adequate weight gain, so I don’t feel the need to wake him up. But in the daytime he will cluster feed in the morning and the evening.

Mine eats every 2-3 hours during the day and at night it’s like every 4-5 hours but the night feedings last a good 30-60 mins. Cause he dozes during it.

My 10 wk old gets up to eat sometimes at 11/12 but usually around 2/3 and again at 5/6 but i make it a point to let him feed initially when he falls asleep or slows down a lot I go change his diaper/ wake him up, then feed again. Once his arms stop waving around i swaddle him and then top him off once more before putting him back down. I also try not to let him nap for more than 2 hours at a time during the day which seems to help too. My only problem now is sleeping myself. If he happens to skip The midnight wake up, I sometimes wake up anyways and then can’t fall back asleep. 😭 I was awake last night from 1:30-3:30 even tho he only woke up at 3 😖

My daughter will take 3 ounces before bed and sleep anywhere from 2 to 6 hours. It just depends on how much she's eaten during the day.
