It is carpal tunnel and very common.

I keep getting this, I wasn’t sure what it was either

Ya sounds like carpal tunnel. I've struggled with it in the last few months, it gets worse when the weather is colder. I was trying to tell my midwife and just said "I have this feeling in my hand..." and she said "Ya it's carpal tunnel" that's how common it is lol
She suggested me to make a fist and release 10-15 times, while keeping my palm above heart level and do this 3x, whenever I get uncomfortable.
But either way, no harm in asking your midwife when you see her next 🥰

I also have this. My midwife told me to self refer to a physio for hand therapy. I have an appointment next month in the local hospital. It’s getting worse by the day. Today after I woke up it took 25 minutes for the feeling to come back in the right hand x

I have this now and had it in my pregnancy last year too. Its carpel tunnel. Mine went away as soon as I gave birth. Xx
