Lack of Motivation

Currently 9 weeks, and adapting to a caffeine/preworkout free lifestyle has really affected me. I’ve always been such an active individual but this low energy has made it difficult to stay active & motivated. I hate to admit that it’s caused me to feel sad at times.

Does anyone have any recommendations for natural energy that’s pregnant safe?

Apples or any natural sugars.

I find bananas great!

Also, you can have caffeine in coffee, I think the max is 130mg a day?!

They say one cup or one soda. Depending on the soda I guess.

Dark chocolate has caffeine as well but has alot of health benefits

I have an affiliate link for $10 off from a company that makes clean/natural caffeine-free energy :)
I’m so obsessed with their products. They’re safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding and have changed my life and given me my energy back

I too had a really hard time adjusting to working out and working without preworkout or caffeine. I am a hyperactive person and feel my best /normal when I’m active both physically and at work. First trimester just wrapped for me and I’m finally feeling like myself again. Be patient with your body, it’s borrowing a lot of your energy to build the base of your tiny human.

Taking walks was a big help for me and my mood, and just doing what I could at the gym. I did one cup of coffee in the morning and one in the afternoon (recommended you stay under 200mg per day).

Your natural energy will start to come back soon, hang in there!

I’m the exact same and I take one scoop of promix! It’s super clean (5 ingredients) and one scoop is only 100mg of caffeine.

I feel you! I used to drink a watermelon redbull daily just to help me get through working second shift. Now it's so hard to find the energy to even leave the house to get to work!

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

Homebirth?

I am thinking I want a homebirth (second baby) for a few different reasons but my husband is very against it, he is worried about things going wrong and we are a 30 minute drive from the hospital. Has anyone been in a similar position and what did you end up doing? Any advice? 🙏
