Mamas who co-sleep. Have you switched to putting your baby into their own bed? My daughter was in our bed and then in her own bed. She slept in her own bed for a month maybe and then one night she got bit by a spider and ever since she’s been in my bed. Today she actually took a single nap in her bed but it didn’t last but maybe 45 minutes. Im not getting any sleep with her anymore because she’s constantly moving all over and kicking. She will be 9 month on the 30th. If you’ve switched, what did you do? How long did you let him/her cry before going in? Did you add anything for comfort into the crib? This is my third baby and I’m not trying to co-sleep until they are 2-3 years old like my last two.

This is baby number 3 for me as well. I successfully switched my babies to their own rooms/beds with the first 2 and plan to do so with this one when she reaches about 11-12months old or when she starts walking. A mattress on the floor works well for me because it allows me to nurse her down and I don't have to worry about her rolling out of bed and getting hurt.

Fortunately I didn't have to do anything... I switched him at 5 months because he was moving too much then and he had since slept in his bed which is a pack n play for the moment but I did purchase a mattress for the pack n play
Yes please!

I’m struggling with this as well !! I get no sleep with my baby anymore

Don't put anything in the bed with the baby for sleep. Things are suffocating hazards especially blankets pillows and stuffed animals unless you are watching and can take it away once asleep. Could start with naps lay baby down and if they cry wait 5 mins and do that once or twice then wait 10 mins. I can't do cry it out it hurts my mama heart. ^ i will add that while my girl does have her panda in that pic, I keep a constant eye on her baby monitor all day. I also take her panda at night. Blanket is always folded to remain under her arms
However, an elastic comforter would be similar to your own bed considering sheets are tucked into our own beds🤷🏼♀️

hey mama. Are these soft im bout to buy it right now.

it’s pretty soft! Not like a plush baby blanket material, but I’d sleep with it!
I know not to add anything to the crib. I wanted the link so I can look into getting it when she’s able to have pillow and blankets. When she was in her bed up until I brought her back into our bed I never got much sleep because I was constantly checking the baby monitor to make sure she was okay. I have extremely bad anxiety when it comes to my baby not being around me. I still have it badly when my 6 year old goes to her grandmas for the night. I tried the cry it out method with my 4 year old and it was just awful and broke my heart so I stopped and haven’t bothered even trying with our baby now.

I’m the same way with the anxiety. It’s on all night
