These drs are messing with me.

I'm currently 34 weeks and 4 days I'm 5 cm dilated and mucus plug gone. I've been back and forth in the hospital for the past 2 weeks and they are refusing to admit me or even help me even tho I've been having contractions back to back 1-2 minutes apart they keep sending me home my due date is 12/19 but she is tryna come early. I'm so agitated.

5cm is automatically an admission into the hospital (hell 4cm)… talk to patient advocate asap

somplaces wont admit until 6cm.. at least the hospital I’m delivering at

Mine came at 5cm dilated I was 5cm and I went to ten 45min later and he was here... Get a hospital advocate... or find a different hospital... I would be pissed it definitely sounds like you are in active labor.

How did you get a cervical check?? I’m 35weeks have mild PreE, was in a wreck last night and lost my mucus plug today went in to L&D and they wouldn’t check.

I just had to be admitted for having contractions and I’m currently 34 weeks, they should be giving you medication to stop the contractions. If not this could end up in a lawsuit. Try calling your midwife or who ever your seeing and talk to them!

they gave me fluids and tried Tylenol but I'm allergic to Tylenol and fluids did absolutely nothing for me my contractions were still 1-2 minutes apart consistently

they checked when I went in cause I was contracting every 1-2 minutes apart

my hospital is a military hospital and no invasive they try not to stop labors unless it's absolutely necessary. They just let me dilate and I stopped dilating at 5 cm but I'm still contracting currently I haven't been checked in a little bit but I'm just waiting until my water breaks so they don't send me home again.

Hi everyone! I gave birth via emergency c section 9 months ago as my baby boy was measuring big, he pooped inside so there was risk of him inhaling it and I wasn’t progressing past 3cm to have a natural birth and now I’m currently 20 weeks pregnant with my 2nd baby. I’m having a consultation on Tuesday to talk about birth options and to have any questions answered but I don’t know what to ask. I feel like it would be safer having a c section again but at the same time I don’t want a c section. Does anyone have any question ideas I could ask or any advice/stories of similar situations. Tia

Getting pregnant after c section

When did you get pregnant again after a c section? Our plan was always to have 2 under 2 but that is now out the window because I had an emergency section. I know they say 18 months and we will be sticking to it (as much as I don’t want to) but I’m curious how quickly you got pregnant after your section?

Movements

I’m 28 weeks tomorrow. Yesterday I had loads and loads of movements but today I have only felt small flutters and a couple of kicks throughout the day. I get so confused as some people say they don’t have a pattern but others say they do. We have a Doppler so used it this evening and could hear the heartbeat and then moving but does anyone else get quieter days of movement than others? I am seeing my midwife tomorrow so will check but just find myself getting anxious about it and don’t know when to get checked. I know they encourage it but last time as soon as I got to triage baby started moving loads!
