Nearly 40 weeks

I’m 40+2 and have a c-section booked for Thursday. I’ve walked the dog, cleaned, bounced and swivelled on the ball, sex, curries and nothing. Hoping baby comes before Thursday but there’s no sign at all of that happening

I’m the exact same. 40 weeks today due tomorrow. I’ve literally tried everything. Raspberry leaf tea, exercise ball, spicy curry, sex, pineapple, walking and climbing stairs. Baby is very comfy clearly 😂

Yep I’m the exact same, 39+3 and have had two sweeps now. I can’t sleep because my body is so sore but established labour just doesn’t seem to be happening xx

This is my first baby but all the pains and stuff is getting worser by the day and just still nothing I’ve lost the plug over a few days I mean it does regrow but I lost more this morning but I know it won’t be anything now. I’m just scared of being induced and then ending up in a C-section people keeps putting me off them. I’ve done everything that is recommended aswell and nothing the pains worser at night then the odd bad pain during the day. Just don’t get what’s going on now

39+2 here. Haven’t lost my plug, waters haven’t broken. I do suffer with some pains here and there on the evenings but I don’t think are contractions at all, more of a constant period pain.
Sweep booked for his due date on Friday (if he isn’t here by then). Just want to meet him now :( I’m so over the constant kicks lol as much as I love knowing he’s ok in there x

I’ve lost parts of my plug over the week but it does regrow so it don’t mean anything but the two long walks seemed to started me off with loosing it then some days don’t have anything then other days when I’m doing a lot I’ve lost bits again. You might loose it having big walks. I’m too scared to go out now incase waters break but nothing is happening whatsoever. I’m getting the constant period pain then sharp pains through my stomach then it stops for ages so don’t think it’s contractions either. How do you get booked in for sweeps? I see my midwife Tuesday so will have to leave and walk there haha could I ring and ask or does it have to come from them? X

I seen my midwife on Friday for my 39 week checkup and I asked her if she was doing a sweep that day as I head it in my head she was for some reason but she informed they don’t usually do one till 40 weeks if they are happy with yours and babies health so she’s booked me in for Friday when I’m 40 weeks.
Just ask if you can get one done if you want it, no harm in asking x

midwife’s has messed me around all pregnancy they lost me in the system so I’ve only seen them 3 times since sorting it I don’t mind waiting for him but the pains and stuff is getting too much when nothing is happening atall xx
