24 weeks today, baby hardly moving

I’m 22 weeks with an anterior placenta as well, whenever I get a bit nervous I shine my flashlight on my belly and that usually gets some big movements out of the lil dude. The doctors won’t have you worry much about feeling daily movements until you’re around 30 weeks in which they want you to keep record of how often he’s moving and what not, this is what I was told by my doctors.

I haven’t tried the flashlight trick! I’ll have to give it a go. Thank you for the info it does make me feel better.

Hi! Exact exact same as me! I have anterior placenta and I’m 24 weeks now, I feel him everyday but
I was going to ask the same as sometimes I do get silence from him

At 23 weeks baby boy was barely moving for me so I called my ob and they said go to the ER. I went and felt him kick but it’s better to be safe than sorry! Call your ob if it’s normal to feel him move and you’re nervous !

I’m 30 weeks with anterior placenta, snd some days don’t feel movement just little fluttering and sometimes he can be moving alot feeling it all day. Can be stressful at times but with anterior placenta it’s normal.

Thanks all, he’s pretty silent today but I did hear a good heart beat on my Doppler so not going to let it freak me out too much just yet.
