I’m begging for help at this point

Y’all please send me some words of advice or something. I am so confused and on the verge of tears. My son is 14 months old and is teetering on the one nap train. His schedule is usually 3 hours 30 minutes of wake time then one nap of an hour and then 4 hours and let him sleep until 4 or 4:30.
The last couple weeks, he’s been fighting both naps and screaming bloody murder when I put him down. I tried 4 hour wake window with one 2 and a half hour nap and then a 5 hour wake window but he was utterly exhausted by bedtime that he was overtired and couldn’t get to sleep. Today I tried 5 hour wake window and he couldn’t do it. I sat him down to eat some lunch before the nap and he just screamed and screamed until I picked him up. He passed out in my arms on the way to his crib. That was only 4 and a half hours. I’m exhausted with trying different schedules and I’ve posted a couple times in here and on Facebook groups and everyone is so helpful but nothing is working. Does anyone have anything they know works? I’m desperate at this point. I really don’t know what to do.

Honestly, I just let mine decide how long he wanted to be up and try to stick to the same wake up time/bedtime. He decided around 10m that he only wanted one nap and started out doing 4 hours awake/3hr nap/4-5 awake. Now he wakes between 6-7am, up 5 hours, 1 1/2-2hr nap, up anywhere from 5-7 hours. Some days he’s more tired and goes down earlier, some days he doesn’t want to nap until he’s been awake for 6 hours, some days he barely makes it to 4 hours. I just watch him and try to catch him as he’s starting to get fussy or tired

I agree, I would just try to follow his lead if you are able. Mine is on a 3-4 hour wake window as well and I just take it as he needs the sleep still. Teething as well. I BF to sleep still so mine probably falls asleep more easily bc of that.

And if he fights when you try to take him for a nap, do a 30m reset! About once every few weeks he will fight me so we just come back out, get a snack, play a little bit or watch tv for a few minutes, and then I try again.

I had to give up on set naps recently due to this. Now we just follow her sleepy ques because every day is different with her naps currently. Some days she has 2 naps, some just 1. But we do keep a set bedtime and she wakes up the same time in the morning every day on her own.

Leaky nappy help

What nappies are you using to stop leaks?? We use pampers ultra dry size 5, and for the past few nights he has lashed through and we’ve had to completely change him during the night. Last night he leashed through twice!! He sleeps on his front and stays leaks through at the top of his leg where the tabs connect. Didn’t know whether to size up, he has a bit of a belly on him but he’s smack in middle of weight guidance so shouldn’t need too

New born

Finally had my baby girl via C-section on the 18th, everything has been so far. But I’ve noticed she’s very fussy and cries a lot. I’ve been trying to exclusively breastfeed. The lactation consultant at the hospital said I did look like I’m making enough milk for her. She was latching on good at the hospital and now here at home, she doesn’t seem to want to latch at all. She’s been crying a lot and very fussy. I’m just wondering is she’s colic or like maybe she just doesn’t want the breast anymore?

5.30am wakeups 😫😴

My 15 week old has started waking up about 5.30am and is really hard to settle back down - it’s like he thinks it’s time to wake up for the day. He used to go to bed at 9pm and was up at 8am but now he goes to bed between 7.30-8pm as he’s knackered by then but waking up at 5.30am😴. Any advice to get him to sleep a little longer in the morning?! Even an extra hour would be lovely 🤣
