Chosen eats everything!!. He just turned 10 mo. His meals are about the size of this plate in the photo. He’s stopped drinking formula, he’ll sip on 1 8oz bottle a day. Cheeto puffs & popsicles are his best friend

I give my son cut bananas, strawberries, and cheerios as a snack along with mini pancakes and cheerios for breakfast. For lunch and dinner we try to give him whatever we are eating and figure out something just for him if we are having something he can't eat. My son also has 8 teeth so I'm sure not all babies can be eating a whole bunch of different stuff yet lol

Babies don't need teeth to chew, my daughter gets whatever I'm eating. We are currently sharing fish sticks and applesauce for lunch. She had strawberries and peanut butter toast for breakfast and we are having venison stew for dinner.

Omg I've been so afraid to give my little one rice. She seems to be enjoying it.

I was too at first anytime I'd get panda she'd always steal my rice

I’ve been wanting to try rice, but have been too scared! I did give my little one a toasted English muffin, eggs, chicken nuggets, broccoli and cheese nuggets and avocado this past week.

@Dawn I want to start with avocado I like to add lemon juice to mine personally idk how that works for babies

For those feeding whatever you are eating...what about the salt or sugar content? Do you feed frozen stuff or canned goods? Is pretty much anything soft enough fair game? Im so worried about it being too unhealthy for her.

I just give her deconstructed parts of whatever i’m eating. Ill just pull out the ingredients when im cooking to give her an unsalted portion. Tonight for dinner she had roasted broccoli, tomato wedges, toast with olive oil, cannellini beans with tahini. Lunch is typically leftovers from dinner the night before so i dont have to cook as much haha. And breakfast she always has fortified oatmeal in a reusable silicone squeezy pouch and i switch up what i mix in it - peanut butter, almond butter, mashed blueberries, hemp seeds, chia seeds… - fruit and avocado.

download the solid starts app! It’ll show you how to safely serve all sorts of foods. When im cooking, i just pull out things she’s going to eat before i salt and dont use sugar. Frozen or canned ingredients are totally fine just look for salt/sugar free options. I dont buy premade foods to give her but there must be salt/sugar free options on the market for babies. I batch cook throughout the week so i dont have to cook every meal and keep a freezer stash of things i made for her that i can serve on the fly.

I made my own pancake with banana egg pb yogurt and oatmeal. A variety of fruits and veggies, quinoa, meats y try to cook everything for my baby pasta with avocado etc etc there are a lot of healthy recipes for them
