I bacth cooked broccoli & cheese tots and also tuna & cheese tots with left over mash and popped them in the freezer when cooled....my question is when we want to have these again do I need to defrost and reheat or can I cook straight from frozen!?

I do straight from frozen. Make it as easy for yourself as possible!

Do you mind sharing how you make them?
I literally had loads of left over mashed potatoe I didn't want to waste so I squashed and mashed in cooked broccoli and grated cheese in half the mash and a tin of tuna and grated cheese in the other half. Spooned it out and shaped it in my hand, then cooked them till golden.
