Silly question time! We’ve only formula fed for a few months and have heavily relied on the TT prep machine or ready to drink stuff. We are about to head to Tenerife and would love some tips on how to make up warm (baby won’t take room temp or cold milk!) formula bottles when we are away.
I know bottled water should be low sodium - and we will boil some to mix up the powder to kill any bacteria (like the hot shot on the prep machine) but do I need to boil and cool the bottled water for the cold part? Or can I just use it straight from the bottle given you’d expect it to be sterile for drinking anyway?
Thanks in advance! Any hacks/tips very welcome :)

As baby is above 6 months you can just use the bottled water like you can offer tap water (but obviously not abroad) it’s only before 6 months bottled water has to be boiled. X

Alternatively get the nubby rapid cool it’s a life saver for holidays !

Deffo get a nuby rapid cool or 2. I got 2 a couple of months ago to go abroad and it was a life saver at night, during the day id just boil and have pre boiled in a jug at room temp to mix the bottles… took a lot of trial to find the perfect amount of hot to room to make it drinkable i mostly trialed that as i couldnt be bothered to keep washing the rapid cool. They have to wait 4hrs between uses which is why i got 2. If your out and about they are a good alternative to the instant milks but you will need to take a thermos of boiled water to make the feeds. I know TT have a version but when i was buying it was more expensive but deffo cant fault. If you have time for postage try vinted as you can get it for half the price

We brought a big thermos to keep hot water and a rapid cool
You can either do a hot hot so if your baby is drinking 8oz I would put 3.5 oz of hot water and the rest cooled water from the rapid cool x

Thanks for the tips guys! Unfortunately I am not going to have time to get a rapid cool now - but luckily baby doesn’t have milk at night now so time isn’t so critical
