I am hoping to make Mac and cheese for dinner and like to give my daughter a bit of whatever we eat as long as it’s not high in salt or sugar.
I normally make a roux with unsalted butter, plain flour and oat milk and then add grated mature cathedral city cheese and obviously pasta
I normally chop up her pasta into small bits if I’m making a saucy dinner, as it’s normally more likely for her to choke on it
Would she be able to have this?
