She started solids/BLW at 5 months and used to love everything including all vegetables and protein! 😩 is this just a phase? I don’t know what to do!! It’s so frustrating cos i take so much time planning and prepping her meals 😔

Do not worry! Keep making it, offering it. She's still so little. I did dlw and my son didn't properly eat a worthy meal/snack till he was 14 months. He played and sucked on his food for ages and likes all food now. It will be fine, keep going! X

Keep offering it and don’t assume what she’ll want in a given day!

I guess her brain and body are asking for fruits 😋 🍌🥝🫐 🥭 🍑 🍍

This is a great problem to have 😅🙌 she may be cleansing much like we do

My little fruit-eterian would eat nothing but fruit if I let her. Just keep offering other foods too. It might be a phase.

Thanks for the encouragement! I will keep trying to offer other foods 🙏🏼 I know it sounds silly to worry haha but I’m really only concerned because her iron level is slightly low and her pediatrician recommended to give more green leafy vegetables & meat.

hmmm how is she doing with drinks?smoothies? She could get her greens in with fresh pressed juice or the latter.
I also give my kids a scoop of the Sprigs Life super greens (it’s all whole food ingredients and one scoop has all the daily recommended vitamins and minerals) when they need an extra boost. There’s a chocolate one too if she likes it!

she likes smoothies so I always add a handful of spinach/kale whenever I make it. I use green powder in mine but afraid to give it to her because I’m not sure about the ingredients.. I will def look into that brand you use!

Definately a phase in my opinion. My LO goes through different fave foods and then all of a sudden stop wanting to eat it. Just keep doing what your doing mamna

My 10 month son is the exact same! Was a great eater at 6 months. Now at 10 months refuses to eat anything other than fruits.
