Please someone tell me what helps with leaking breasts? I’ve tried being braless but then it gets all over my covers😂, nursing pads soaked through my bra and sweatshirt, and every shirt I wear gets soaked. Has anyone found anything?

What nursing pads are you using? I use the lansinoh disposable because I don’t leak through them. I had been using reusable pads but I leaked through those.

I slept on towels for a while lol

I wear muslin clothes in my bra and express a bit if my LO doesn’t wake up to breastfeed

I have the reusable Terry Cloth type pads and wear the Modi Bodi nursing bras if I go out. If you leak a lot, maybe you could combine one of those bras with a nursing pad.

I was using the reusable ones of the same brand. Thank you!

That sounds good! Thanks so much!

Milk catchers! They have round silicone ones that you can put right in your bra! I had an oversupply with my first and they were a life saver for me, I caught SO much milk!

I used a spare blanket underneath me I'm chubby and busty and I had enough milky for a small village it's a blessing I mean I always had enough milk but it is tough to deal with I also used those hyper absorbent towels they sell for drying up kitchen spills like the micro fiber towels folded up instead of breast pads in the day because that's what worked

I used osocozy prefold diapers, folded them in half lengthwise, and stuck them in the shelf bra of my nursing tank at night. Any cloth diaper liner would work well. Those are just the ones I had.

Try milk collectors! I got the Hakkaa Ladybirds

I have this so bad! The disposable ones were useless for me. I bought some super comfy T shirt style nursing bras from Amazon with an insert, then absorbent reusable pads that can go in the wash and be inserted into the bras. Game changer! Just wear them permanently.

Induction?

Anyone been induced before? Was it more painful? Better than thought? Worse than thought? Worth it? Thoughts?

Baby names

My daughter‘s name is valentýna and I’m struggling to find other nice girl and boy names beginning with V I’ve got a few and I’ve got loads that aren’t beginning with V, but I feel like I wanna go for all vs and I also love girl and boys names that match so because my daughter’s name is valentýna I would love to call my son Valentino my husband does not agree 😃

Induction or c section?

As a last resort, would you rather be induced or have a planned c section?

Really not liking the thought of being induced from people’s experiences I’ve read!

Almost 37 weeks + told to do another growth scan

I just had my second to last doctor’s appointment this morning, and my OB told me she wants me to do another growth scan because my belly is measuring small. She says it’s probably just because I’m a smaller woman, but they like to be safe. It’s hard to hear though, since I just did one a couple months ago.

I did this with my firstborn around this time of pregnancy, so I do think I just carry smaller (even though I don’t feel like I look “small” at all). My first baby was 6lbs 15oz when she was born at 41 weeks + 2 days. I’m having this baby at 39 weeks on April 7. I hope she’s still at least 6lbs.

Anyone have any stories similar to this?
