I have so many questions about nursing pads

I use them every day because my boobs leak milk and it stops the milk going onto my bra or clothes.

I use both disposable ones and reusable (washable) ones because I get through a fair amount of them and the washing machine doesn't get put on often enough, so disposable are useful too. Depends how often you put a clothes wash on really.

If I keep them on too long while they're damp with milk then my nipples start feeling sensitive so I try and change them whenever the pads feel too damp (usually 2 or 3 in 24 hours). But I produce a lot of milk so this might be less for other people.

Ooh that's a good question, I'm not sure. It could do! Don't know to be honest

My SIL has breastfed 2 babies now, and said definitely need them, and recommended reusable and the disposables can sometimes get stuck to your nipples, and if you ever have sore cracked nipples in the stsrt, that ain’t gonna feel good haha - that being said, I’ve bough 1 box of disposables and a 12 of the reusables, so the option is there to try both :) x

I got cotton reusable ones and they saved me. I soaked them in vinegar when i washed them because i got thrush but I don’t think it was because of them. I love them and used them a lot bc i hated the feeling of my shirt wet from my nipples leaking
