Referral for pre-conception counselling

Hi ladies, I'm considering a second baby after a horrendous HG pregnancy with my daughter who is nearly two. I'm currently trying to get my ducks in a row and would appreciate any advice from those if you who had a second baby. I understand that referral for pre-conception counselling for HG is offered at St Thomas' in London (with self-referral being possible) but I don't know the name of the department/doctor to get the ball rolling. I was bed-bound with my first so am very apprehensive about day-to-day life with another HG pregnancy while navigating the terrible twos. X
