Purley way centre

Just on the note I didn’t literally park on the road, photo i am entering some kind of place going out. It must be like big retail or something :(

I think it’s the Purley Cross retail park with the new M&S and Aldi.

Do we have to pay for the parking?

I got fined there too. Im challenging it because the queue to get out near currys is an absolute joke when those amazon vans block that bit of road

Might be TKmaxx as well, they charge you if you've been there for more than 3 hours

It’s free parking usually for 3 hours, if you go over that, you get fined. They use ANPR cameras to track your vehicle going in/out.

Omg,i didn’t know. that’s ridiculous. Why put all the shops together then. Its so crowded now,many people park their car more than 3hrs for sure

I was in a queue to charge my electric courtesy vehicle. I swear I'll never buy electric! I was in my car 20mins prior to the 3hours being over... and then I experienced a gridlock outside of curry's! It's so unfair

have you had any luck? I don’t think I ever managed to waiver my penalty:( if you did, it would give me some sort of hope

Unfortunately no luck. Im going to the end with this one though as the road was gridlocked and i have pictures whilst i was in the gridlock which are timed and dated and then the time on the fine which is like 10mins after. I dont believe its fair so i know i run the risk of having to pay a much higher fine if i loose but the principle is- its wrong and unfair. They told me i should have called them if i was gridlocked.WHO ACTUALLY CALLS A PARKING COMPANY TO SAY THEY ARE STUCK IN TRAFFIC? lol
