14 weeks pregnant & stomach cramping
14 weeks and 4 days today, 2nd pregnancy. Everything has been great so far, all tests and scans fine. Placenta is anterior. Over the past two days I’ve been having somewhat painful cramping over my whole stomach. Not period pain, but dull, consistent cramping over my entire abdomen. It had me super worried. Woke up today and it’s gone - everything is fine. I have hardly been able to feel flutters so difficult to tell if I can still feel them as I wasn’t too sure anyways.
Has this happened to anyone? It didn’t during my first pregnancy. I am going to call my OB tomorrow but just looking for other’s experiences.

It may just be growing cramps as your belly is getting bigger. I had on and off cramps at the start of my pregnancy some days have them some not. X
It is just so odd since I didn’t have this the first time! I know every pregnancy is different but I didn’t realize you could have cramping this late.
