My partner and I have been together for 2 years and this June had our baby girl.
Before baby girl he was lazy but it’s just gotten worse. I have to make him his lunch and dinner, find his clothes for work, wash and iron then, whiles trying to look after our daughter.
Everything is getting on top of me and I’m so tired and depressed. He has a excuse for everything, I can’t do this because I’ve been at work all day and I can’t do that because I don’t know how which leads to many arguments. But if I say no to something he starts calling me spiteful and calls me an idiot.
He says he’s trying and has changed but I can’t see it at all.
I’ve lost all my happiness and just want to run away and not come back. But I know my baby girl needs me
What should I do?

I can somewhat understand what you’re going through. It seriously is a full time job being a parent and feeling like you’re taking care of everything/ everyone else. I had a period where I had to sit down with my husband (fiancé at the time), and tell him that I can’t do everything by myself and that I need his help. This was extremely hard for me to have this conversation but I was starting to feel resentful and similar to how you are feeling and knew that I needed to. I was doing most of things around the house, on top of working full time at home and caring for our little one, as she wasn’t going to daycare. You may have to list out exactly what you need because it may not register initially for your partner. There may be some pushback as well but stay strong and cut back on some of the things you handle for him. It really sucks but you may have to let him know and let him take some responsibility. Hoping the best for you and your baby girl, no matter what that is ❤️
