Size 3 nappies with stretchy/elasticated back

I hope someone can help me.
I'm looking for any size 3 nappies with an elasticated or stretchy back
My LG is using rascal and friends which have this but my local tesco have stopped selling size 3
Other than pampers, any other brand I have tried leaks because there is a massive gap at the back (and all the size 2s are to small)
Hoping they aren't the only brand to have the stretchy back
Thanks

Lidl nappies don’t actually have a stretchy back, just the usual stretchy tabs.

Aldi are the only nappies I’ve tried that have a slightly ruched back as well as the stretchy tabs to fasten the nappy.

My personal favourite are Lidl nappies as I find we have the least leaks in them though! Hope that helps 😊

@Rachel thanks! I actually tried these and she still leaked but I still have some so I might try again, I forgot they had the stretchy back

@Alexandra ah thanks for this, The aldi size 3s are useless for me but lidl are one of the few I've not tried so I will give them a go 😊

I love Aldi and Sainsbury’s
For my little boy Lidls always had him leaking… poo and wee 😂

We had SO many poo-sploshions out of the back and I kept thinking why oh why don’t they make nappies with elasticated backs?! Bought some Sainsbury’s ones as a random one off purchase and they have elasticated backs! Game changer!
If you’re leaking wee though you might want to try sizing up or the + nappies for extra absorbency ❤️ xx

@EJ i know every brand once we hit size 3 was just a poo splosion like you say! The rascal and friends elasticated back actually saved me! I have some sainsburys ones that we still had leaks in as they were a bit big and size 2 were to small but I'm trying them again today🤞

Sainsburys definitely have stretchy backs in size 3 and are great. Lidls definitely dont have it in size 3 as i am going through them now and they are an awful fit! Aldi also has in size 3 as still within their newborn range.

Dummy

My baby has had a dummy since about 2 weeks old (now 5 months) and over the course of the last month we weaned her off it during the day only for naps and night (which was fine) and then 5 days took it completely away during the day.

The first day no dummy was fine, the second bit rougher. But now it feels impossible she just moans and cries all the time it takes ages for her to go down to sleep (she’s always been an amazing sleeper)

I thought it was meant to get better as time went on not worse. I’m at my wits end I dunno what to do.

Currently typing this as she screams uncontrollably in the car and I cry with her cos I can’t do anything.

Of these two, which seems more overall “demanding” to you, overall? Lighthearted poll, not putting anyone down 🫶🏼

As a mum who breastfed for 3 years, I think formula feeding seems 100x harder and more demanding. I give those mamas all the credit because I could not keep up with that faff haha. I truly don’t understand why people say breastfeeding is more effort, other than the fact that no one else can do it. But personally I’d take that over endless bottle prep & cleaning.

Is this normal?

My 12m old is really funny with kids going near him, he’s always been this way, but anytime family’s kids sit next to him or head his way he moans or cries and moves away. He also really observes them and is never really relaxed, always looking over his shoulder. Has anyone experienced this? (He’s starting nursery properly tomorrow so hoping this helps) but is this normal?

8 week immunisations

My 8 week old has his first set of injections tomorrow and I’m abit nervous. Does anyone have any advice for after the jabs? I know they get a temp after so have got some calpol to give just before hand. Should I put him to bed in less clothing to make sure he doesn’t get too hot? Any tips from your experience with first set of immunisations? Am I worrying more than I need to? 😅

Naps for 4 month old

I am curious to know how many naps your 4 month olds are having during the day? Mine still naps 4-5 times a day as he is waking between 5:30-6am and bedtime is between 7-7:30pm. Most naps last 30-40 mins unless 1 long contact nap so I feel like I can’t drop a nap yet as his wake windows are only around 1.5 hours if we make it there!! I’m just concerned as I feel like he should be only 3-4 naps but that seems impossible without him becoming extremely overtired …?
