Hi everyone, newbie here and I’ve been trying to get my bearings and find my tribe. I’m hoping this is it 🤞🏼and would love to intro myself, and learn more about our active members and your journeys!
I’m Becki, 36. I have an amazing 15yr old son from a long-ago relationship. Me and my husband have been together 10yrs, married 7mths, & are starting TTC. I have Endo & of course I’m now considered ‘geriatric’ so the odds aren’t exactly in our favour. We’re actually currently on our month-long honeymoon in Vietnam 👀 but we have some lifestyle changes to make on our return to give ourselves the best possible chance. Here’s keeping everything crossed that 2024 is our year 🤞🏼🤞🏼 But officially, we’re only just getting started so it’s all a big unknown!
I’d love to know your situs and what your journey has been like to date, and can’t wait to get to know you all ❤️

You're not considered 'geriatric' by the NHS until you're over 40 so you're a spring chicken! Good luck xx

I had no idea that was the case, that’s reassuring thank you! Dr Google only surfaced US results originally, seems they’re still seeing 35 as the cut off point there. I know it’s only a word but that psychologically makes a big difference ❤️

oh absolutely! I had my first at 36 and about to have my 2nd at 38 and I even asked about being 'geriatric' 😂 as long as you're relatively fit and healthy then that's all they care about xx

Hi Becki,
Welcome to my group. I hope you can find your tribe here 🥰❤️ congratulations on your wedding and honeymoon 🎉🎊 Vietnam is beautiful and one of my most favourite places I've visited.
I'm Lucy, 33 yrs old, 34 next month. I started trying Aug 22, was pregnant by Sept 22. Had a missed miscarriage by Nov 22 💔 which was incomplete so had a D&C in Dec 22. Started trying again from Jan 23. Made this group for all these lovely ladies so we could support one another. ❤️❤️
Then I had two chemicals, one in May, one in June, and then fell pregnant for the 4th time in July with my 🌈🌟 and I started taking progesterone pessaries and she stuck, finally 💗 currently 25 weeks pregnant. Any advice on ovulation tests, vitamins, cycles, etc I'm happy to help, I learnt so much in the year of ttc. Sending you baby dust 🌟🌟
