I've been really struggling with breastfeeding, lately I had to be out on medicine for my back and meant I could breastfeed my 6 month old. So I used my stash to feed and made sure to pump when she shouldn't been fed. But the last couple days I came off pain killer and started feeding her again. But still pumping in morning as she's combi feed and to build me stash back up. But I've barely been getting an Oz or 2 where I used to get at least 4. This has been slowly dropping as when I started I was getting 8-9 Oz but it's dropped dramatically in last 2 months.
I've tried vitamins, tea, power pumping, eating right, tried basically everything I can Google. Shirt of buying new pump I donno what else to do. Should I just wean her off breast milk with supply and let her go onto formula till shes one. Please help, I'm just so desperate to keep going till a year and I just donno if I should give up or is there anyone I haven't thought of.
My little ones also start solids from just before 6 months but I made sure to feed her either before or after solids.

Your output for pumping does not correlate with what she is getting directly from the source let’s say. Just keep feeding and feeding. You could always power pump at night when your hormones are higher.

I'd recommend booking a consult with a IBCLC lactation consultant. They can set out a plan for you to help get you back breastfeeding, or help you manage the transition to formula if needed. I'm not sure what country you are in but in Australia where I am, there is a great Facebook group for breastfeeding support and the breastfeeding association have a hotline to call for advice. Do you have anything like that?
