I’m a mum of 3 soon but my children were all exclusively breast fed. I plan to do the same again but think it is wise to at least have some formula on standby incase it doesn’t work as well this time. Do any of you swear by any formulas? I’m in the uk by the way

We used SMA first time round but just had another little one in September and started on SMA but then swapped to kendamil after seeing the reviews on it and he has been so much better since he went on it and has been sleeping through the night since. It’s made in the UK and with whole milk and been really impressed with it (it’s cheaper than SMA too!) x

We used mamia Aldi's own and had no issues. We used the aptamil ready made as well when out about. But it does all depend on baby

I would absolutely recommend kendamil! But do your research! Had two babies and would have recommended aptamil however baby no 3 (11 year gap) heard about kendamil but wanted aptamil (as had previously used) - tried my little one on cow and gate (due to my first two struggling on sma and my HV informing me that cow and gate and apdtamal are made by the same company 🤷🏻♀️) My little one had stomach issues so tried kendamil having looked into it and it was great for him (all babies are different but suited him) baby no 4 stuck with kendamil and highly recommended 👍

All UK brands have to have the same nutritional contents so essentially it’s just whatever you or baby prefer.

to be completely honest, before i left the hospital after i had my second baby in November the midwife’s told me to go for the cheapest option because all of them are exactly the same, the only difference is price and brand, they told me to use the Aldi Mamia as it’s the cheapest but we use SMA little steps as it’s easier for us to get xx
