I'm exclusively pumping - just wondering how people are warming breastmilk when out and about for the day? I'm currently keeping milk in a cooler bag whilst out and taking a flask of boiling water and a mug to warm the bottle in. Just wondering if anyone has any other ideas/recommendations for portable bottle warmers to replace the flask and mug method?

Tbh I just give LO expressed breastmilk at room temperature. You can also get insulated bags, we use the tommee tippee ones which were about £12/13 from amazon

I’ve asked a coffee shop for hot water in a takeout cup before which worked fine

I give it to her at room temp/ out of the fridge.

@Poppy I do that mostly, I'm more thinking of if were out and about for the day on a long walk and there's no shops/restaurants around

@Francesca my LO suffers badly with stomach gripes/colic and seems to be much worse when she has cold milk 😢

I have the inoby bottle warmer which we take everywhere I managed to get a second hand one on vinted for £20 works really well

@Lucy I didn't even think to look on vinted, just managed to get a inoby one for £15, thanks for the idea!

What a steal, no problem at all 😊

sorry to jump on, I was looking at this, how long does it take to warm a bottle?

At the moment with the temperature being how it is and being in the fridge about 15 mins

@Neeya we also have the inoby and found we have to set it to the highest (50degrees) and it takes 15-20 minutes, the pad things I use barely take 5 :)

do you have a link? X

@Neeya https://inoby.co.uk/
It's worth looking vinted or fb market place, and just buying a new adapter :)
