My 3 year old wakes up 5 times a night all of a sudden and I don't know why. She just wants us to cover her up and sometimes she needs to potty.. and sometimes she will just scream for a good 10 minutes and won't let my husband or I calm her down. She only naps at school because the teachers make the kids nap but her sleep doesn't improve on the weekends with no nap. I don't know what to do to get her sleeping through the night again. I'm at a loss and completely exhausted. Can someone please give us advice??

Your baby sounds like my 2.5 year old. One night he was sleeping as he always does, the very next night, up crying and roaming the house looking for me. This has been going on over a month now & we do not encourage cosleeping but I’m pregnant with his sister and sometimes that’s the only way for anyone to get any rest. I’m hoping it’s something he will grow out of. As silly as this may sound, I did read that rearrangement of the room helps - like putting the bed in a new place in the room. We are about to redo his room anyway for the new baby coming but am willing to try anything!
Let me know if you find anything that works too!

I have a 2 year old that doesnt sleep through the night. Ive tried so many things to help but nothing seems to work. Her and her brother both share a room with a white noise
