Baby clothes for hospital bag

I've packed most of my hospital bag and I've put in 3 full sets of baby clothes (vest, sleepsuit, hats etc) and I thought this would be enough. I did the Baby Academy free baby care class yesterday and they said you should be packing around 8-10 vests AND 8-10 sleepsuits just for hospital? Is that a bit excessive or am I massively underpacked 😂 I'm a low risk pregnancy and haven't been told I'll have any problems at the moment (31 weeks) so I'm not expecting I'll be there very long? Just seems like way too much! 🙈🙈

10 of each 🙃🙃🙃 I thought of 3 of each for newborn and then 0-3 months just incase she’s bigger or smaller!!

You really dont need 10, three is enough and if you need more im sure your partner can bring them in. X Im high risk and ive only ever taken 3, for all 6 births. X

That seems excessive! Most places say 3 sets of new born and 3 sets of 0-3 if they’re a bit bigger! I’m sticking with that! Xx

Thanks guys, that's really reassuring!! I was starting to panicking thinking I'd grossly underestimated what it was going to be like while I'm there!! 😂😂 phew, glad others are doing the same lol

I've packed I think 5 outfits worth. As someone else has said, a family or friend or partner can always get more if needed.

Period like cramps

Hi
I’m currently 33 weeks pregnant and I keep getting period like cramps I thought these were Brixton hicks but I’ve heard they only last 30 seconds ish as this can go on for a good time frame then go away and come back, they aren’t bad enough where I can’t do basic things they just feel like I’m about to get my period I’m jus wondering how normal this is? Baby is still very actively kicking xx

C section or natural?

I am a control freak and thinking c section is the least stressful route for me and baby… less complications during labour etc. whilst acknowledging recovering can be hard.
If it could be guaranteed no tearing or complications then I would opt for natural and kind of want to experience the feeling.
Then again could plan and go either way 😂 arghh!
Anyone else in this predicament?

Midwife check

Can someone remind me when the midwife visits you at home? Is it the day after you’re discharged? And is that the same on the weekend or do they not visit then? Thanks!

Owlet

Anyone else’s owlet pi##ing them off ?!?! It goes off 5/6 a night saying it can’t get a reading and needs a snug fit. My baby is 8 months old so moves a lot. It is driving me insane and I keep end up taking it off!!
