So we are working on getting his bedtime routine started a little earlier but currently what we realized was he was sleeping his longest sleep around 10-11pm and sleeping around 6-7 hours a night. He does wake for feedings, As I said we want to push it to start the bedtime routine earlier so any tips on that? He is 5 months old but due to being born premature he is 4 months old developmentally.

My son would take a “nap” around 7-730 in his swing and wake around 10-1030 to eat. we were putting him to bed after that feeding so instead we started getting him ready for bed around 7 feed him and put him to bed by 730. Most nights he will wake by 11 to eat but sometimes he will sleep longer

Here for the answers 👀

My little one is 10 weeks old this week! We start to calm things down at 9pm in the living room with him - dimmed lighting (lamp), not too much noise etc. He'll have his last bottle at around half 10/11pm, will change him just beforehand, massage him with Moisturiser and put him in his sleeping bag for his bottle!
He'll then have a cuddle until he falls asleep which is usually by midnight latest depending on the time of his bottle! I then take him upstairs, where my partner has already gone to bed (he's up early for work) and he's turned the colour changing lamp we have onto red ready for us to come up, I'll place him in his next to me cot and he will sleep until 7/8am 🥰🥰
thank you so much I appreciate you, some of what we had in mind is what you do but othersI’ll definitely be implementing into his routine .
thank you so much I appreciate you.

No problem at all, glad I could be of help 🥰 I'm not going to lie I feel extremely lucky that he sleeps right through 🤣 not all babies are like this and I know for certain if I were to have another they probably wouldn't be 🙈
