I really hate my job, it's stressful and makes me feel so anxious. I feel stuck though. I know I have to just stick it out until May but wish there was another way. I'm not entitled to much maternity leave (about 2.5months) as it's not a UK company.
Any recommendations for finding short term remote work that makes quitting more realistic? I know it doesn't make sense to start a new job now but the idea of staying in my current one until May sounds so awful.

I'm also due in May I think it's enough time if u find a job this month and work for 3-4 months depending on if ur child is due farther into May like me. I am jobless but I'm looking for remote message me and I'll send u anything I apply to

Omg I’m in the same boat! I work in childcare and my boss wants to lay me off until my girls are born and when there is space (6 months after birth) so not worth it. But I’d rather just quit and find something I can work consistently due to always being sent home or having to miss for doc appointments. I’m in desperate for a work from home as well. Sorry I didn’t have any suggestions but I’m sitting in the same chair as you. I truly hope you can find something that works for you ♥️♥️

Oh honey, I am in the same boat. I’ve worked in care for years and the company I’m with now I’ve just treated me like a shit I’ve had to take it to court proceedings but I’m still working for the company. I’m only getting maternity statutory pay so can only afford to be off for seven months, but I will be leaving they just keep taking the piss and if it wasn’t for our bills and mortgage I would’ve left by now
