Not me but my friend had it and you need to go to see a doctor and get treatment for your nipples and babies mouth as you’ll just keep passing it to eachother x

I had it only just got rid of it had it approx 5 weeks. Initially baby had nystatin drops I used miconazole cream and a tablet from gp used for one week assumed it had gone but it hadn’t then saw lactation consultant then I did miconazole cream 3 times a day, nystatin drops for baby in total he had then about 3 weeks, I also did citricidal grapefruit seed extract (10 drops in 30ml distilled water) wiped on nipples hourly for the first few days then with every feed for 2 weeks, I’m continuing with that for a further 2 weeks just 3 times a day and stopped miconazole and instead using coconut oil. You need to make sure washing any fabric nipples or babies mouth come into contact with daily on hot wash, anything like dummies or any bottles or pumps etc soaked in kettle boiled hot water at least 10 minutes after cleaning. If it is nipples thrush it often gets worse before it gets better as once the treatment starts to work the thrush fights back x

I had it, my little one had drops 3 times a day and it cleared up within the week but she had a very mild case of it and only the smallest white dots on her cheeks. My nipples took about 3 weeks to clear up mostly, but I’m still using the cream now as I’m not 100% sure it’s fully cleared from my nipples.

for those that used the cream, did you just wipe it off before breastfeeding baby?

Yes :) x
