Typical Day Food Wise

Can anyone let me know what a rough day food wise looks like for their 10 month old? My little boy has just turned 10 months and is still on 3 bottles a day, a breakfast and dinner but not sure if I should be adding in a lunch and cutting out a bottle?

My sons on 4 bottles a day alongside 3 meals. 1 when he wakes up, 1 before lunch, 1 before dinner and 1 before bed 😊

He wakes up about 7.30, usually offer milk first 210ml and then
8am breakfast
10.30/11 after his nap he has a snack
12ish lunch
2 snack
Dinner by 5
And then bottle before bed! 260ml

Dream feed 210ml before midnight

But he is an early sleeper usually asleep by 5.45 latest so if your little one is a later sleeper you could spread the afternoon out abit more with a larger snack!

My LO has 4 bottles and 3 meals a day 🤷‍♀️

She refuses to feed up until 2hrs after waking up so we do:
Wake up
Bottle before nap
Nap (around 1.5hrs), followed by lunch
Bottle again before nap (around 1hr nap)
Mid afternoon snack, then dinner.
Bottle before bedtime. She wakes up around 4/5am for another bottle.

My boy is nearly 3 now but around that age he would have 3-4 bottles, and 3 meals.
Breakfast would be 1/2 weetabix, or 2oz milk worth of porridge, both with mashed fruit and 1/2 round toast with butter.
Lunch would be a snack plate with things like crackers, cheese, fruit, breadstick, sandwich (1/2) yoghurt ect.
Dinner would be whatever we ate.
We never pushed food over milk and let him continue his milks at his own pace, he dropped them all on his own around 1year old, we did swap bottles out to cups during the day, and always served milk with his meals.

When do things get easier?

As we entered the 9-12 month stage, my son started crawling and pulling himself up. He also became more clingy and does not play alone, still doesnt sleep through the night, and this week has been sick (so EVERYTHING amplified). I am tired and overwhelmed. Please lie and tell me things get better. 🥺

Colostrum storing?

Has anyone successfully extracted colostrum before the baby’s born? Apparently it gets produced from 16w pregnant and you can start storing it in the freezer but I’m 34w looking at my nipples and the syringes on amazon wondering how it works?? Like what did you use and did it hurt? 🥲

4 month bed time

What time do you put your babies to bed?
What time do you start your 'routine?'
My LO currently goes to bed around 10.30pm, and I know i need to start bringing it forward. Everytime ive tried, it takes longer for my LO to settle.
We are exclusively breastfeeding. Any advice Mamas?

Combi feeding advice

Has anyone gone from EBF to combi feeding? Currently do one bottle of EBM per night and they one half formula half breast milk mixed in the day. The other times she still feeds on me. Ideally I want to feed all day via bottle and all night with breast. She’s 7 weeks and takes a bottle well, how long should I leave it before adding another bottle to her daily routine?

Baby losing weight

Hi all, it's been a long time since I had a baby (my son is 15!). My daughter is 10 days old and was 9lb born, she has since lost weight at every appointment and is at a 12% loss. I am breast feeding every two hours for over an hour and topping her up every feed. I pump and can get 60ml in 10 minutes so I know my supply is okay. Anyone had this before? Can give me some tips? I currently feel like I'm letting my baby down.
