I run it under hot water. It usually takes less than five minutes.

2 hours it so is safety zone

Use warm water, run under tap or put in bowl. Don’t defrost at room temperature. Can also leave in fridge to defrost if you had time. Use within 24 hours if using fridge.. once at room temp or warm you got 2 hours xx

Warm not boiling and run it under the tap and use it within a couple hours. If not defrost in fridge and use within 24 hours
so if I place it in the fridge to thaw - but so decide it’s not thawing fast enough so take it out an hour later after taking it out from freezer to put into fridge.. and run it under warm water, do I use it within two hours? Xx
oops I’ve been placing bags in boiling water for two mins as it melts faster 🫣🥲🥲🥲did it all wrong

Yes lovely 😊

from my understanding the boiling water isn’t necessarily bad - won’t be dangerous from what you have been doing but it does kill all the nutrients etc so long term isn’t going to be good nutritionally. So you won’t have caused any harm so far but you should stop onwards to make sure baby is getting all those amazing nutrients x
