I am 16 weeks and 4 days, this is my 4 pregnancy. 2 live births and 1 miscarriage last year in March. I have had a cough the past few days. Tested negative for Covid, flu, and rsv. I have been having slight pain and cramps since last night and this morning started having back pain. I haven’t felt baby move in a few days. I called the my midwife’s and they are closed due to the weather today but I talked to the nurse line. They said to continue to monitor and be seen within 24 hours and to call in the morning when they open. She said it’s most likely too early to feel baby move so not to be too worried. But I am worried and not sure what to do.

Can you try some juice and then lay down and remain really still? My boy will move more with a bit of sugar. Otherwise, a cough isnt too much to worry about but I understand the concern ♥️
Went to urgent care cause my cough has gotten so bad and found out I have bronchitis. The doctor there said nothing he can prescribe me. Is there anything that I can take to help that is safe for the baby?

Yeah u rlly don’t need to worry tbh mild cramping and back pain is completely normal as ur growing a baby :) and u likely caught a cold the placenta will fight off infections all u need to do is try to relax drink and some water
thank you for the reassurance. This is my 3rd baby but 4 pregnancy. My last pregnancy ended in a miscarriage at 11 1/2 weeks. When I was pregnant with son and daughter they both were always moving and kicking like crazy. So this just had me overthinking and worried. The cough is due to bronchitis unfortunately and the doctor I saw a little bit ago said there was nothing he could prescribe for me due to being pregnant.

I hope u heal up okay 💗💗💗 just try and take it easy hoping for the best
