So I haven’t been making it…and now I’m afraid it’s too late.

For my son it’s hard for him to keep a loose sauce or soup on his spoon so if it’s not a thick dip or a sauce that will coat something I won’t serve it to him. For example when we have soup I just put the chunky stuff on his plate or in a bowl. I’ll reintroduce a full soup later when he’s more “skilled”.

So my son is the same he's 2. But it isn't that he doesn't like soup
... He's just not able to eat it easily and gets frustrated. Another friend suggested putting it in a cup to drink for now and that seems to work.quite.well
Yeah, my son doesn’t like me spoon feeding him anymore but I don’t think he’s skilled enough to eat liquid by himself yet…
But, also flavour … I’m still trying very hard to not use salt..or minimal salt.
Heard that kids his age are supposed to be at like 350mg sodium per day..a cube of bullion is 1800mg :o
So maybe my soups are just not as flavourful no matter how many spices n things I try to substitute salt with…
Am I the only one that’s this anal about sodium?
