Got my growth scan today at 37 weeks and baby is measuring 3191 gms/7 lb.i am worried that the baby is too big and would be tough to deliver him vaginally. Did anybody get their growth scan numbers wrong or have positive birth stories delivering big baby. My first one at the time of delivery is 2.8 kgs. Is there anyway I can probably manage baby’s weight so that he doesn’t get too big

That is not a big baby. My baby was born 7lb7 at 36+6. My first was born 8ln6oz at 39 weeks. Big babies are easier to deliver in all honesty.
I see too many people worrying about babys weight and there's no need to be unless there's other medical concerns. X

Your baby is the perfect weight for your body ❤️❤️ trust your body xxx

Did you have a look at your growth chart? That doesn’t seem like a big baby in general terms. I have never heard of anyone trying to manage the baby’s weight, in reality your body prioritises their needs over yours, so be proud that your body to nourishing your baby and that they are thriving.

That is a perfectly sized baby! I wouldn’t worry. xx

They say they out in around half a lb a week at the end so even if you make it to 40weeks baby will only be 8lb 5 so perfect!

These weights are estimated and not exact . Some have been way off, some have been accurate and some have been close so try not to worry 🤍
