My LO is 6 weeks old and has had issues with colic since day 1. We have been through hours of screaming and have managed to improve the symptoms a lot with coleif drops.
Every day though after feeds (not every feed) she will be so fussy and like i can't do anything for her. She goes riged in my arms, arches her back and cries. She doesn't want putting down, doesn't want picking up, doesn't have wind and doesnt want more bottle. Its so frustrating!
Anyone else dealing with this, any advice?

Exactly the same as us!! If you find the answer let me know 🥲

My first was like this. I had a c section and he also had antibiotics when he was born. I used probiotics and within a week I saw a difference, his gut had just been stripped from any good bacteria and also as he wasn’t ‘squeezed’ out. It’s a worth a try and can only do good! We use the optibac sachets, one in a bottle every morning!

Could it be reflux? My ds was the same with colic we used coleif drops which helped but also ended up on omeprazole which brought some relief! My son did throw up a lot also but even if your daughter does not throw up it could still be reflux more on the silent side! Keep a note of her symptoms and maybe see the gp they might be able to suggest some gaviscon/omeprazole if you haven't tried it!

mine had antibiotics too and we've been struggling. Can't believe I didn't think of this! Have ordered some. Thank you

@Maria mine was natural birth but came out in her sack all in one so also wasn't Squeezed out so u wonder if it will help. I'll give it a go. Thank you

@Shamima i thought this. We tried omeprozole at 3 weeks but it really upset her. Could try gaviscon i suppose.

I was the exact same with my little boy!! When I read up on them he ticked so many boxes of people who would benefit! We used them for my little girl (dec 2023) baby since birth and no problems yet! X
