My LO has refused to let me feed him since around 14month, he’s now beginning to throw all his food straight onto the floor. When offering food he hasn’t had before he tosses it straight away without trying. I feel like I’m at a loose end, he won’t have breakfast, barely eats dinner & sometimes if I’m lucky he’ll have half his tea. Only things I can get him to eat are yollie yogurts, raspberries, blueberries, grapes & smoothie melts.
Any suggestions to try get him to eat a little more ty x

My girl is exactly the same. Shes 16 months and it’s been like this pretty much since she started weaning. Exactly the same stuff as your LO with what she will accept.
The thing I’ve noticed is she will have a patch where she is ravenous then goes right back to tiny snacks again. It makes me crazy. Feels like such a stress and waste of time/food every day.
I heard though that toddlers only really need a tiny bit of food to keep them going strong and not to worry about it.
I’ve started trying to think if she’s meeting milestones and is a good healthy weight and is still full of energy - she is probably just fine. Takes the stress out it for me a bit.
I also started doing family meals round the table 3x a day which is helping. Trying to make it very relaxed vibes for her. Even if we aren’t really eating we will get a packet of crisps whilst she snacks.
