You don’t need to refuse the mental health support, they are telling you that they don’t need to support you unless anything changes. That you care can continue without their influence with the gp/midwife for the remainder of your pregnancy. It’s protocol to refer you if you have had mental health/diagnosis in the past, I had the same from teen years, but it doesn’t really impact me today at all, so I got the same letter! You don’t need to worry about it unless you feel you need more help! ☺️
ohhh okay thank you! Sometimes I worry I’ll end up getting referred but because I’m high risk pregnancy and have have 9 appointments already at 14 weeks so far it would be a headache😅😅

Of course! They could have led with you not needing the support rather than confirming you had been referred if you didn’t realise you had been! 😅 that is lot! I’m sure they’ll take great care you and bub! Xx

I also had the same and have no struggled for years. My midwife explained that she has just made the team ‘aware’ incase I need support further down the line x

I got referred at 20 weeks because of my stress with work! Same with a dietitian but didn’t hear back from anyone! I have almost two weeks to go 😂😂
